Find Your Ring Size

Email us to request your free ring sizing gauge, just send your name and shipping address and we will mail you the complimentary sizing tool show above. Pro Tip: If you are ordering a band that is narrower than the ring sizer gauge, minus 1/4 size from the size obtained with the sizer. Or use the sizing guide below, print it out at 100% and be sure the measurement at the bottom of the page totals  3.5 inches. 

Our rings come with one complimentary re-sizing, should you need it, within 90 days of delivery or email notification that your order is ready for pick up or delivery. You can schedule a drop-off  appointment to bring your ring into the showroom for re-sizing or contact us for a Resizing Number at gallery@laurapreshong.com prior to shipping so we can keep an eye out for your ring. 

Securely package your ring, and ship it in a box(not a padded envelope) and send via Fed Ex or a similar carrier to Laura Preshong 558 Tremont Street Boston Ma 02118. Do not mark your package as containing jewelry or valuables. Include your order number, the name used to place the order, your return shipping address, and the size you need. You do not need to include any diamond certificates or gift boxes.

Resizing and repair take 15 business days(3 Weeks) plus shipping time to complete. We will notify you when your ring is ready to return and send your tracking number. Return shipping via FedEx Express 2-Day is 30.00 with a signature required, return shipping insurance is additional. Check with your insurance provider to be sure your ring is covered during shipping to and from the showroom, or contact us to add shipping insurance to your return package. 

Any items left for repair or resizing not collected by the client within 6 months from date of 1st notification of completion, will be considered abandoned and we will no longer be responsible for its care or return.
