Showroom Appointment Update

Our Showroom has been Closed as a non-essential business by the City of Boston until Phase 2, tentatively we will begin appointments on Thursday, June 11th. We have a number of requests for appointments, and will be allowing one couple at a time, so we ask that you are flexible with your time and date as it may take two or three weeks to get every one scheduled in.

Virtual appointments are a great way to gather more information about our collection and process, and to see the rings in action. We cover styles as well as center stone information designed to assist you with narrowing down your choices. Virtual Appointments are 30 minutes and are available now. 

We are continuing to fill NEW orders and our standard three to four week production time is still in place. Sizings and repairs will take approximately two to three weeks. Once your pieces are complete we will contact you via Email to schedule an appointment for a future pickup or to arrange for FedEx shipping. All online orders will ship automatically once complete and a tracking number has been sent to the client. 

Our Ready To Ship Fine Jewelry is available and ready to pack up and ship in about three days.
