We want to make sure your purchase arrives safely and securely, so we ship all engagement rings and wedding bands via FedEx Express with a direct signature required and replacement insurance provided. And the convenience doesn't stop there – you'll receive an email with a tracking number before your order is shipped, so you can keep an eye on its journey to you. 
Please note that we are unable to ship to hotels or third-party shipping centers, but don't worry – you can have your package held at a FedEx Shipping Center near you.
So go ahead and place your order directly through our website for a stress-free shopping experience. And if you're getting a custom or customized piece, resizing, or repairs with a staff-issued invoice, we've got shipping and insurance options available for just $30 for FedEx 2 Day Express plus 1% of the invoice total for shipping insurance.

Prix Fixe Online Order - 14 Day Review - No Fee.

Each ring comes complete with a dazzling center diamond or Moissanite stone expertly selected by our team. And with just a simple click adding the 'Prix Fixe' collection to your cart, you can rest easy knowing that your purchase is covered by our 14-day return policy.
The item being returned must be received back within the 14-Day review period, starting from the first day your package is out for delivery, packaged securely and in unworn, undamaged condition. Boxes and certificates must be returned with the item, lost natural or lab-grown diamond certificates can result in a $200 deduction. 

A La Cart Online Order - 14 Day Review - 15% Return Fee. 

The ultimate customizable engagement ring experience! With our "A La Cart" option, you can mix and match from our entire collection of engagement ring designs, as well as choose from a wide variety of diamonds, gemstones, and Moissanite in every shape and size. We'll expertly combine your selected setting and center stone into a beautifully customized engagement ring that is as unique as your love story.
A La Cart engagement rings (setting and center stone sold separately as two line items on your order) and wedding bands are eligible for a 14-Day Return less the 15% Return Fee. Boxes and certificates must be returned with the item, lost natural or lab-grown diamond certificates can result in a $200 deduction.
Settings Ordered with No Center Stone - We believe that every exquisite setting deserves a perfect complement, and we take great pride in providing only the highest quality diamonds and gemstones for our designs. To ensure the utmost brilliance and beauty, we do not sell our settings without a center stone and cannot set client-owned stones.  Please note that any order placed without a center stone will be refunded according to our A La Cart Return Policies.
General Return Details - Due to the labor-intensive process of creating our engagement rings, only one may be ordered at a time. But don't worry - if you need to purchase more than one ring, we are here to help! And when it comes to wedding bands, order as many as you like, we encourage you to stack them up for a truly stunning look.
Return Window - Day 1 of 14 is the first day you are notified your item is available for in-showroom pick up or is tracking as Out for Delivery.
Non-Refundable Items - Customized and custom design, engraved and resized rings, loose diamonds, loose gemstones, Moissanite, the Jenny or Natalia engagement ring settings. Damaged or worn items are not eligible for return.  Expedited shipping charges, rush fees, insurance charges and one time fees are non-refundable.

Jewelry Online (Not Bridal)

Ready to Ship - A stunning array of necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and stacking rings that are currently in stock and ready to adorn you with their beauty. These handcrafted pieces will ship within 3 to 4 business days, so you won't have to wait long to add a touch of brilliance to your ensemble.
Not sure if the piece is right for you? No worries! You have 14 days from the first day your package is out for delivery to decide if it's a perfect fit. Simply make sure your return is received within this time frame, securely packaged and in unworn, undamaged condition. Please note that re-sized Ready to Ship stacking rings are non-refundable due to their custom nature.
Made to Order - We accept returns for Made-to-Order Fine Jewelry (necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and stackable rings found under 'Jewelry' that are not sold on our website as engagement or wedding bands/rings) within 14 days of the first day your order is out for delivery.  There is a 15% Return Fee for all Made-to-Order fine jewelry returns. An online purchase is made via our website, not through an invoice or in-store (see policy below).

 A La Cart  Elevate your love story with a one-of-a-kind, fully customized engagement ring from our showroom. Select your center stone and ring setting separately to create a truly unique piece that reflects your personal style and devotion. Handmade to order, each ring is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, ensuring a timeless symbol of your commitment.
Please note that due to the bespoke nature of our customizable rings, all in-person and staff-issued invoice sales are final. Loose diamonds, and loose gemstones are also non-returnable.

We want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase, which is why we offer a no-fee 14-day return policy for earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and non-sized/customized stacking rings (excluding engagement rings or wedding bands) purchased in our South End, Boston showroom via staff invoice, in-person. For made-to-order, non-custom pieces (necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and stacking rings not in stock) ordered from our collection in the Boston gallery, we want to ensure you find the perfect piece. That's why we offer a 14-day return option with a 15% restocking fee. 
 

 How to Return Ship an Item

Get a Return Shipping CodeContact Us for the code, we use it to identify your item if personal details are not in the box. 

Pack Your Order Securely, Ship in a Box and Insure itTo ensure a smooth return process, please make sure to include all original boxes, certificates, and accompanying materials with your return(not necessary for re-sizing and repairs). When packing your item for return, be sure to include your name (as it appears on the order), details of what you need done to your item, your return address, email address, and phone number.
For peace of mind when shipping back to us, use a reliable shipping company and be sure to track your package. It's also important to pack your ring in a box rather than a padded envelope for added security during transit. We highly recommend insuring your package or verifying that your jewelry insurance policy covers the shipment of items to and from our showroom.
To maintain the privacy and security of your valuable piece, we ask that you refrain from using words such as "jewelry," "diamonds," or any other value-related terms on the label or packaging. This will help protect against theft during transit.
Sizing and Repair service, where we take the hassle out of getting your Laura Preshong jewelry adjusted or fixed. With just a 15 business day turnaround time, you can trust us to expertly handle your precious pieces with care and attention to detail. But we don't stop there - once your item is ready, we return ship it via FedEx 2-Day Express with signature required for added peace of mind. For just $30.00, you can have your item back in your hands in no time. And if you want to add carrier insurance for the safe return of your item, just let us know and we can arrange that for you too.
